Program Description:

Global Engineering Education Exchange Program

Leicester 3     Korea 3     Sheffield 2
Global E3 enables engineering students to go abroad to universities in Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, while earning credit at their home institution. UB students may participate in exchanges with over 35 participating universities in 20+ countries which are members of Global E3. UB has existing exchanges with many of these universities, so please make an appointment with a Study Abroad Advisor in the Study Abroad Programs Office prior to opening your online Global E3 application.

Accommodations vary by institution and most will provide on-campus housing.  Please visit the individual university websites to learn more about housing options.

All students will pay UB tuition and a Program Fee to cover administrative costs. Additional expenses include applicable campus fees, roundtrip airfare, housing, meals, passport and visa fees, health insurance, and personal expenses.

UB students are encouraged to apply for study abroad scholarships. To learn more about the scholarships available to UB students, please visit our scholarships page.
