Billable items (tuition, fees, health insurance) will be reflected on the student bill in HUB. Estimated UB Comprehensive and Academic Excellence Fees include the following: Academic Excellence Fee, Career Services Fee, College Fee, Technology Fee, and Transcript Fee.
* Program Fee includes the cost of instruction and housing at LdM. Housing is estimated on a shared apartment coordinated through Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici. The program fee also includes cultural activities and clubs participation (fees applicable in the case of some clubs), and Italian SIM card rental, welcome and farewell dinners, free internet access, LdM advisor, on site orientation, pre-departure guide, 24 hours assistance on LdM emergency line cellular phone, LdM grade report.
Upon acceptance into this study abroad program, students are required to pay a program deposit of $600 to confirm their participation. The program deposit is non-refundable. Once paid, the program deposit is deducted from the Study Abroad (OAP) Program Fee.
Cancellation and Refund Policies are outlined in the Waiver and Release Form - to be completed upon acceptance into a study abroad program.
