Students will be billed per semester. Please refer to Fall and Spring Budget Sheets for individual semester costs.
Tuition & Fees for UB students will be reflected on their student bill in HUB.
Upon acceptance into this study abroad program, students will be required to pay a program deposit of $700 to confirm their participation. The program deposit is non-refundable.
Estimated UB Comprehensive and Academic Excellence Fees include the following: Academic Excellence Fee, Career Services Fee, College Fee, Technology Fee, and Transcript Fee. Matriculated international students will also pay the International Student Fee.
Bilkent University offers free on-campus accommodation for incoming exchange students willing to share a double room in Bilkent's students dormitories. Students who want to stay in a single room can book a single room paying the difference and costs will vary depending on type of accommodations selected.
Cancellation and Refund Policies are outlined in the Waiver and Release Form- to be completed upon acceptance into a study abroad program.
