Although ICU operates on a trimester system, UB students will be billed for only two semesters (Fall and Spring). The estimated costs in this budget sheet reflect charges for both semesters.
Tuition & Fees for UB students will be reflected on their student bill in HUB.
Upon acceptance into this study abroad program, students will be required to pay a program deposit of $600 to confirm their participation. The program deposit is non-refundable.
Estimated UB Comprehensive and Academic Excellence Fees include the following: Academic Excellence Fee, Career Services Fee, College Fee, Technology Fee, and Transcript Fee. Matriculated international students will also pay the International Student Fee.
Housing costs will vary depending on type of accommodations selected.
Cancellation and Refund Policies are outlined in the Waiver and Release Form- to be completed upon acceptance into a study abroad program.
